WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All items not washed or used are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. If an item is used or washed it will be returned to sender. Customers are responsible for return postage. The original order shipping cost is non-refundable. Orders that are ‘refused’ or ‘undeliverable’ due to an address issue will be refunded for the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost.
DO YOU PROCESS EXCHANGES?
Unfortunately we do not process exchanges due to stock fluctuations. To receive a new size or design, a new order should be placed online.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Sorry about that! Please contact us so we can fix this for you. We will of course have the correct item shipped to you right away.
HOW DO I COMPLETE A RETURN?
Unfortunately we do not provide prepaid return labels in the instance of a standard order return.
Please securely package your return and include a brief note that includes your order number, name, address, email address and why you are returning the item. Please send your package to the address below. Refunds (minus the original shipping cost) are processed to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receipt.
